Forged models

The whole knife is forged out of a single piece of stainless steel (blade – bolster – tang). The steel, grade Z50C13 with a hardness rating of 54 to 56 HRC on the Rockwell scale, is tempered, ground and polished crosswise, producing a high-quality tool with excellent cutting quality and hardness, and perfect balance.
